What gets deleted?
Jackie removes the authenticated user account and related customer, rider, delivery, document, wallet, payment, and live activity records handled by the deletion service.

Delete your Jackie account from the web.
Sign in with your Jackie account, choose a reason, and confirm the permanent deletion request. This uses the same secure Jackie deletion flow available inside the app.

You have been signed out. If you need Jackie again later, you can create a new account in the app.
Can this be undone?
No. The deletion request is permanent after you confirm it. You can create a new Jackie account later, but the old account is not restored.
